Our aim is to achieve zero carbon emissions for the project by

The project will be powered by a large solar power system with battery storage

Existing demolished concrete will be crushed and re-used oN site

Demolished timber and glass walling will be re-used in the proposed works

Existing Pig Pen panels will be treated and re-used as large format wall and floor tiles/pavers

Green steel or laminated timber used for main structure

Suppliers will be given priority iF they have a zero carbon emission plan

Water will be collected from the roof, stored in under-driveway tanks, treated and re-used throughout the proposed works

All waste will be treated and disposed on site with the exception of non-biodegradable plastics which shall be kept to a minimum due to careful selection of suppliers

Kitchen food waste processing will incorporate 24 hour composting for proteins and standarD composting for green waste to be used in the on farm vegie growing.

Kitchen used oils will be collected for use as a fuel and processed off site by local company

Excess vegies grown on farm will be processed into artisan food products and sold on farm.

Heirloom vegies will be prioritised for the kitchen, seeds collected for future plantings

Existing on site food forest will be expanded

Koala corridor will be expanded.
